Dreamboys The Band
They don’t overpromise with their name, even if it’s deliberately designed to cause confusion: Dreamboys The Band are, in fact, an all-female project that doesn’t aim to be a carbon copy of anything and – as such – offers no surface for projection. Instead, despite (or perhaps because of) their different backgrounds, the four musicians bring a vast repertoire of stylistic influences to the table: from Fleetwood Mac and Haim to Tommy Lefroy, boygenius, and even the Beatles. Indie charm and pop appeal come together here to create timeless songs that go straight to the heart and linger there for a long time. With their debut single, “Jeanie” (2026), they’ve gone from zero to a hundred: impressively professional, emotional, and empowering while already having grown close together as a band. The goal for everything that follows is clear: To write music that radiates lightness without negating the spirit of the times, music that expresses a spirit of community rather than competitiveness. With this, they not only are competing in the Eurovision Song Contest this year but will also be coming to us in September with brand-new material.
