German-Spanish dream-pop artist grima emerged on Cologne’s wave scene in 2024, leaning more and more towards a '90s-inspired shoegaze sound that shapes both his live shows and his upcoming debut EP.
grima’s early tracks quickly drew attention – En busca de was picked up by London DJ and musician Nabihah Iqbal, who featured it on her BBC Radio 6 show.
After his first solo performance in Berlin in late 2024, grima played his first international showcase festivals in spring 2025, including Liverpool Sound City and c/o pop Festival. His debut EP, instantes (antes de caer), was released in July this year.
