On 21-22 September 2017, NEXT Conference brings together in Hamburg about 1.300 digital decision-makers, creatives and developers from all over Europe – and will once again dock onto the Reeperbahn Festival, both spatially and in terms of the agenda. For two days, Hamburg will be the hotspot of the international digital scene. At the heart of NEXT17, everything revolves around the question of how technologies will influence our behaviour and how that will affect companies and their products.

The digital festival offers inspiration, networking and business-relevant knowledge about trends and future technologies to prepare companies for the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation. This year, the discussion is being held under the motto "Digital Sucks": How do we, as designers, marketers, managers and developers, create smart, digital services and build products that keep their promises and never disappoint? And how do we master the many challenges that affect our company both culturally and technologically?

Renowned experts will be on hand, such as Trendwatcher David Mattin, Dark-Net expert Jamie Bartlett, Ame Eliott, Design Director at SimplySecure, sci-fi author Bruce Sterling, museum director Samuel West and Google’s voice specialist Nandini Stocker. Together with others they will discuss at NEXT17 topics such as behavioural trends and product fails, artificial intelligence and Internet of Things.
