Employer Branding Hacklab – mit Hamburg Music

Indie and smaller music companies often lack the HR resources or time to address their employer brand strategically. The Employer Branding Hacklab tackles this exact gap. In a creative, compact setting, participants jointly develop “the cheapest ideas with the greatest impact” to solve urgent challenges in attracting and retaining staff.

Process:

  • Check-in: Brief introduction (name, role, biggest (HR)pain point, a song that represents the company culture)
  • Pain-Point Wall: Note and prioritize all pain points
  • Hackstorming Phase: Small groups tackle the top pains with a canvas:
  • What is the pain?
  • What is the cheapest, most impactful idea?
  • What is the first concrete implementation step?
  • What is the emotional hook at launch (e.g., belonging, self-efficacy, common good, pride)?

Goal: Quick, effective solutions that combine charm with real executable power.
