Equi­ta­ble Futures in Music

Building on the work of Keychange and the latest intersectional Keychange Pledge, we will come together in this practice based workshop to identify our spheres of influence, map the music landscape for challenges and imagine together a roadmap to a more equitable future for ALL. 

This workshop will be facilitated by Keychange Pledge, Advocacy and Knowledge Manager Christina Hazboun alongside Keychange Leaders Talent Leadership Participant, Artist and Knowledge keeper Phyllis Sinclair incorporating practical ways of knowing and doing in the music industry. 

We will work and think together to identify our own positions and agency, and everyday actions for change. The aim is to tackle the gender gap (and other gaps) together, shift our focus from voicing the shortcomings to imagining steps that we can take together.
