Structural barriers in the music industry are often invisible—but highly effective. They particularly affect FLINTA* ( = female, lesbian, inter, non-binary, trans, agender) individuals and make access, visibility, and participation difficult. In this panel, we will discuss how these barriers can be specifically addressed and how networking, exchange, and targeted initiatives can bring about lasting change.
