In a world saturated with images, words alone can sometimes struggle to captivate. Belgian artist Janeinafewwords has transformed her frustration at this situation into a unique artistic movement, bringing words to life through movement and sound.

In Hamburg, her installation “My Friends Are The Love Of My Life” offers precisely that – an audiovisual exhibition in which musical and lyrical elements come together to form a cohesive whole. Visitors get to experience an installation that skilfully blends animation, text, and music. Her vision is clear: Poetry can reawaken people’s emotions when it becomes an audiovisual experience.

Incidentally, the Brussels-based artist made a name for herself with her series “Again and Again and Never Again”. In animated short films accompanied by her own compositions, she explores themes of friendship, heartbreak, and self-reconciliation in a powerful way. This narrative approach was very well received – and has earned her over 45,000 international subscribers.
