Maximise Your Songwriting Revenue: Your Music, Your Royalties
Are you leaving money on the table? If your songs are streamed on U.S. digital platforms, you’re entitled to streaming royalties. The MLC is a non-profit organisation that is here to help you collect them. Since launching in 2021, The MLC has distributed more than $3 billion in royalties to songwriters, publishers, and collective management organisations (CMOs) around the world. The MLC distributes royalties monthly and pays out on any song no matter where in the world the copyright owner is based. As an international songwriter or publisher, you could be missing out on royalties if you don’t attend this session. Even if you’re signed up with a CMO or have a publisher, you may not be receiving all the royalties that are due to you.
Joining The MLC is free, and Members receive 100% of the royalties they’re owed—no commissions or fees.
In this session, Indi Chawla, Head of International Relations at The MLC will break down how global songwriters & publishers can claim royalties from the largest streaming market in the world and will explain how you can check you are being paid what you are owed. Learn how The MLC is powering transparency and putting creators first.
