FAQ

INCLUSION

IS THE REEPERBAHN FESTIVAL AN ACCESSIBLE EVENT?

Due to the large number of venues, access to the Reeperbahn Festival has to be assessed on an individual basis. The following venues are accessible by wheelchair: 3001 Kino, Bahnhof Pauli, Knust, Mojo Club, Molotow and Molotow Backyard, Nochtspeicher, Resonanzraum, Stage Operettenhaus and Spielbudenplatz. Accessible toilet and washroom facilities are available for visitors with disabilities in the Festival Village at the Heiligengeistfeld and the Spielbudenplatz in the centre of the Reeperbahn. There are also accessible toilets at Bahnhof Pauli, Mojo Club, Resonanzraum and St. Michaelis Church. More information can be found here.

If you have any problems or need information at the festival, the staff at the information desks in the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld and Spielbudenplatz as well as in the clubs will be happy to help.

Who can I contact if I have questions about the festival? How can I reach you?

Our team will be wearing their Crew shirts at the festival, and our people at the Info Desk are always happy to answer any questions you may have. You can also contact us via our social media channels.

Please bear in mind that the volume of enquiries will increase during the event and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. We are happy to receive your feedback after the festival via our visitor survey.

The Reeperbahn Festival is about togetherness – racism, sexism, homophobia and exclusion have no place here.
