🎫 Where do i exchange my ticket for a wristband?
The Ticket Desk is located outside the Festival Village on the Heiligengeistfeld, near the St. Pauli subway station. Here you can exchange your already purchased ticket for a wristband, which you need to enter all locations. We will put the wristband on you in person and you cannot take it with you for other people. Please allow enough time for the ticket exchange, as there may be waiting times. Please also remember to bring your ID card.
You do not need to print out the PDF of your ticket for this, but you can show it on your mobile device (check your mobile data if necessary).
Opening hours Ticket Desk:
Wednesday - Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
🎶 Where can I get my seat ticket for the concert at the Elbphilharmonie concert hall?
Unlike in previous years, beginning in 2023, there will be a free choice of seats for the concerts in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall during Reeperbahn Festival. You will have to exchange the digital voucher you receive via email in advance for a physical ticket for the Elbphilharmonie concert hall at the ticket desk at Heiligengeistfeld and pick up your festival wristband. This physical ticket does not include a seat assignment, so you are free to choose your seat directly in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall when you enter the main hall. It therefore pays to be early in order to get good seats!
Please note: Admission to concerts in the Elbphilharmonie concert hall cannot be granted without both a physical ticket and a valid Reeperbahn Festival wristband.
🎟 Are there still ticket for 2023?
Tickets for the festival and for trade visitors are available in the online store before and during the festival (subject to availability).
We will inform you about remaining contingents in the Elbphilharmonie (only for wristband holders) on the respective festival day via push messages in the festival app. You can then pick up your seat tickets at the ticket desk at Heiligengeistfeld up to two hours before the concert.
👜 Bag regulation
You can carry bags and backpacks up to a size of 210 x 297 mm (equivalent to DIN A4). There will be a central bag checkroom in the Festival Village on the Heiligengeistfeld. There you can leave your bags for a fee of 2-3 € / day.
Opening hours luggage locker:
Wednesday-Saturday: 09:00 am - 2:00 am of the following day
💻 Who has priority admission?
In addition to the public part of the festival, the Reeperbahn Festival is the largest European platform for the music industry and thus welcomes a large number of professionals every year. With their conference ticket, these visitors* are given the opportunity to enter the venues via a separate admission queue, the "Delegates Lane". They are professionally on the road at the festival and need access in order to do their job, whether as label representatives, digital distributors, promoters, bookers, export offices, and many more.
We implement equal admission for both groups of visitors for all festival days. Please note that the Delegates Lane will still exist and will be shorter than the Public Visitors Lane due to the number of professionals.
