Let’s get going! Take a few moments to check the most important information before the festival fun begins! We are looking forward to seeing you!

Where do I get a ticket? 
The new location of the Ticket Desks is the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld. This is where you can buy tickets and also exchange your ticket for a wristband, which you need to get access to the locations.
Opening hours of Ticket Desk: 10.00 a.m. - midnight daily
Opening hours Conference Registration: Wed.-Fri.: 9:00–22:00, Sat.: 10:00–22:00

Where do I get information?
You will get help in all issues regarding the Reeperbahn Festival at the Info Desk on Spielbudenplatz. Moreover, this is where you will get merchandise, posters, the Festival MAG and a timetable hot off the press. By the way, you can recognise Reeperbahn Festival staff by their chic Levi’s jeans jackets and t-shirts!

What is taking place when?
You will find a programme overview on our website at Festival/Programme and Timetable. On every festival morning there, a print version of the timetable hot off the press will be available at the Info and Tickets Desks as well as at various locations! Apart from an overview of all programme items from music, film, art, parties, etc. it will also provide you with useful extra information all about the festival.

Can I get all of this mobile?
In our mobile app (for iOs and Android) you can view your personal timetable as well as music recommendations based on your personal Deezer music library. Push news will provide information on current events on the festival area.

How can I attend a concert at the Elbphilharmonie?
To attend a concert at the Elbe Philharmonic Hall (Elbphilharmonie) in the course of the Reeperbahn Festival you must book in advance. The reservation process for 2017 has been completed. Everyone who has successfully booked a concert at the Elbphilharmonie, please click here for further information on the procedures.

Where to go when you get hungry?
Your culinary well-being is important to us! That’s why in the middle of the bustle of the festival village and on Spielbudenplatz numerous food trucks will invite you to satisfy your hunger and thirst. There are, for example: Otto's BurgerCurry It UpHOLY DOGSRolling IceSoQaliciousMe Like Falafel and Handbrot Zeit. In addition, selected cafés and restaurants will offer Reeperbahn Festival specials presented by PRINZ. In our Eatery Sessions music will be combined with culinary treats. Where do I get a Reeperbahn Festival shirt?
Also this year we have joined forces with Cleptomanicx and Frohstoff and produced a selection of chic items such as shirts and beanies for you. Of course, there will be gym and jute bags! Moreover, for the cooler season our logo, together with the St. Pauli logo will adorn a cuddly zip-up hoody. These items will be available on our Website, at the FC St. Pauli Shop and at the Info Desk on Spielbudenplatz, at the Molotow Backyard and at Uebel & Gefährlich during the festival days.

Where can I see concerts when I’m not at the festival every day?
Those of you who are not at the festival on all festival days can join it via live stream on our website every night. In cooperation with the NDR we will present Ray’s Reeperbahn Revue (Wed. – Sat. 5.00 p.m.) as well as concerts from the Docks from Thursday to Saturday! Visit us on Facebook where Arte TRACKS will present a concert from the kukuun every day. On Saturday Arte Concert will show Owen Pallett & s t a r g a z e from the Elbphilharmonie! 

Where are the locations and how do I get there?
Our Map will guide you through the jungle of clubs, theatres, cinemas, cafés, etc. in our mobile app and on our website! We will have an increased number of security personnel on Spielbudenplatz and at the entrance to venues of the Reeperbahn Festival. In order to avoid queues please leave your backpack or large handbags at home. Bags larger than DIN A4 are not permitted – we are looking forward to seeing you! 

What is the ANCHOR?
This year the ANCHOR – Reeperbahn Festival International Music Award will be presented for the second time. The following eight nominees will be trying to convince the festival audience and the top-notch jury around Tony Visconti and Shirley Manson:
