Fran­zis­ka Lammers

Franzi Lammers (she/her) is a project manager and consultant for accessible event planning at the agency "Wir Kümmern Uns" (We Care). As a person of short stature who uses a wheelchair, she also contributes her perspective as an expert in her own right. In her work, she supports event organizers in planning and implementing accessible and inclusive events.
Wir Kümmern Uns combines accessibility consulting with intersectional awareness work, including through its own awareness team, which is active at a wide variety of large events. Franzi Lammers is part of this team, where she contributes her many years of professional experience in the field of violence protection and psychosocial counseling at the german helpline for violence against women.
Franzi is also part of the collective “Initiative Barrierefrei Feiern” (Barrier-Free Celebrations Initiative), a self-advocacy organization that campaigns for equal rights for people with disabilities and structural changes in the cultural landscape.
