Heidrun Buchmaier is one of the leading figures in the German-speaking comedy and entertainment industry. A graduate communication designer with a former focus on photography, she is now the managing director of hb management, hb stage, and EGO SUCKS. She supports successful comedians such as Chris Tall, Tutty Tran, Ingmar Stadelmann, and Herr Schröder – from their first small gigs to major tours, TV formats, and streaming projects.

For more than two decades, she has shaped the careers of artists as a manager, producer, and strategist – always navigating the dynamic interplay between creativity, the market, and the audience. Her productions combine social relevance with humor, and her work is defined by trust, clarity, and above all, long-term perspectives. Buchmaier lives and works in Cologne and Berlin.
