Heike  Gronholz

For nine years, I have been contributing my diverse experience and knowledge gained from 20 years of working in mostly senior positions in the cultural sector to altonale as a cultural scientist. Always seeking a challenge, my career has been characterised by a constant demand for further development, courage to try new things and a view beyond the horizon. My journey began with the Hammoniale – Festival of Women at Kampnagel, continued through a longer period of self-employment with my own street theatre company, and led to the management of cultural centres in Hamburg and Bremen. In all my activities, I have always focused on designs for a sustainable and responsible future.
