Julia Gause

Julia Gause (she/her), who lives in Hanover, has been working at Höme - Für Festivals since 2023, striving every day to make the festival landscape fairer, more sustainable, and more innovative. She is part of the Festival Relations team and was responsible for Höme's successful B Corp certification. In addition, she is a volunteer festival organizer for the Fuchsbau Festival and has been part of the guest jury for the Festival Promotion Fund for the past two years.
At the end of 2023, she founded the gender-critical platform collective spotlight with three other festival organizers to increase the visibility of Flinta* people on stage.
