Ka­tha­ri­na Aulbach

Wife, partner, mother, friend, employee, volunteer, self-employed, project manager - cultural scientist, event manager, certified event leadership, awareness officer for major events. Katharina Aulbach is my name, and as a native Bavarian, Hamburg has been my home for 30 years.

I had my two children while studying applied cultural studies (Leuphana University/Magister Artium), and after graduating, I first tried my luck as an assistant director at the Kiel Theater and later in the administration of the Stage School Hamburg.

But it quickly became clear that I had bigger plans, because the process is the path to the goal. Concepts, planning, execution, and reflection are the exciting elements of events that ultimately led me to complete my training as an event manager (IHK) in 2016.

In 2019, I also became a certified event manager (IBIT).
... Since 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, I became a volunteer board member of the Hamburg Clubkombinat and continue to be very active there in matters concerning cultural policy issues affecting Hamburg's clubs.
