A graduate in engineering acoustics, Lohan Presencer began his career at Copasetic Records in 1993, eventually running the small indie label. In 1995, he moved to Warner Music in marketing working across campaigns for Madonna, Alanis Morissette, The Corrs and Simply Red. In 1999, he joined Ministry of Sound to run its burgeoning record business, becoming MD in 2001 and Group CEO in 2008. Today Ministry of Sound is a multimedia entertainment business, comprising its world famous London nightclub, a live events business, brand partnerships and licensed products, as well as multiple digital media properties. Ministry of Sound recently sold its Recorded music business to Sony Music having achieved sales of over 70 million albums, 21 UK no.1 singles, and breaking artists as diverse as London Grammar, Eric Prydz, Example and Wretch 32.
