Mark Kitcatt Biography
Mark Kitcatt, born in South London in 1964, and there subsequently reared. A teenager and music enthusiast in the late '70s and early '80s. His first job was at the Rough Trade warehouse in 1985 - he stayed there until he moved to Spain in 1990 - where he has worked ever since, running and owning Everlasting Records and Popstock Distribuciones, the leading Iberian music companies, with offices in Madrid, Barcelona, and Lisbon. Kitcatt was a founding member of the Spanish record labels association UFI, as well as taking part in the boards of Merlin, IMPALA, and WIN. In 2019 and 2023, he chaired the committee that drafted the highly influential IMPALA plan to reform music streaming. In 2026, he was elected Chairman of the WIN board.
