
Martina Marschalk
Martina Marschalk studied Creative Industries (B.A.) and Cultural Management (M.A.) at the Institute for Cultural and Media Management in Hamburg and the University of the Arts in Helsinki. She has been part of Kopf & Steine GmbH since 2018, where she took over as head of Sponsoring & Brand Partnerships and project management for awareness for all Kopf & Steine festivals at the end of 2022.
From 2021, she became more intensively involved in setting up awareness structures for the Kopf & Steine festivals, which she has been managing since 2023 and implementing together with the team and stakeholders. Based on the conviction that events without awareness structures are no longer appropriate, the cross-event awareness concept has been continuously developed since 2019 - with all the lessons learned and the professionalization of the field, the topic has become more complex, and costs are rising across all industries. For this reason, Martina is particularly keen to maintain exchange and discourse with event organizers in order to create spaces that support those affected and raise awareness across all trades.
