Morgane Loton

Morgane is a French music industry professional based in Paris, with a strong background in communication, artistic production, and ticketing.

She is currently part of One Hot Minute Groupe (France), where she supports a wide range of independent artists through tailored communication strategies and label services. Over the past five years, she has worked on projects ranging from concert tours to web series, with a strong focus on artist storytelling and audience engagement.

Since 2019, Morgane has also been involved with Solidarité Sida, the NGO behind Solidays, one of France’s most important music festivals. There, she works with partners and backstage logistics, and in 2025, she led a brand-new department coordinating artist shuttles and VIP liaison.

Her path combines live music, digital culture, and international experience, including a Master’s degree in Music Industry Management (Sup de Pub Paris) and studies at Utrecht University (NL).

Curious and driven by purpose, Morgane enjoys working on meaningful projects and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Outside of work, she loves planning trips for her friends, editing travel vlogs, curating the perfect roadtrip playlists, and going to gigs (especially in the alt-pop, pop-punk and metal scenes).
