Rita Flügge-Timm, managing partner and owner of DolceRita Music & Publishing, has been one of the few leading women in the music business for over 25 years. She is a proven A&R expert with unique successes, as well as a marketing and promotion expert with an excellent network. She fights for the artists she represents with passion and determination. German popstar Udo Lindenberg calls her "The Lioness".

Rita Flügge-Timm worked for Warner Music for 25 years in leading A&R and marketing positions, was responsible for No. 1 bestsellers such as "Time to say Goodbye" {Sarah Brightman & Andrea Bocelli, Melanie C's "First Day of my life", Nena's big comeback in 2002 with over 1.2 million albums and since 2008 (Udo Lindenberg's big comeback with "Stark wie Zwei"). Since then she has been responsible for all subsequent Lindenberg No. 1 albums at Warner / DolceRita music as Executive A & R/ Strategic Media Management. Since 2019, she has been self-employed as CEO of DolceRita Music & Publishing GmbH. 
Together with her business partner Jennifer Belger, she also implemented the No. 2 comeback chart album "Krone der Schöpfung" of the PRINZEN in 2021, as well as most recently the album and music career of Kim Fisher as A & R and management.
