Sarah Lüngen

Sarah Lüngen has worked in the music and events industry for over 15 years. She served as a CSR manager at Goodlive and previously worked for Virgin Records and the German Rolling Stone magazine. In 2012, the biology graduate developed sustainability strategies for festivals such as Melt and Splash. In 2021, she co-founded The Changency with Katrin Wipper to drive sustainability in the cultural sector. Their work has been recognized by the German government, the German Sustainability Award and many more. They’ve collaborated with artists like Seeed, Die Ärzte, Milky Chance, AnnenMayKantereit and festivals like PULS Open Air or World Club Dome. In 2025, they organized the Overheated climate conference in Berlin for Billie Eilish and Support+Feed.
