Alte Liebe (Klubhaus St. Pauli)Charl is a strategist, designer, writer, musician, but most of all, reader. He started his first company at 24 (when he got let go during the GFC), and has been building creative companies ever since.
Charl is the Founder and Director of Love + Money, a creative company that's built brands, products and businesses for startups and global corporates around the world.
He's also the Co-founder and CEO of Telepathic Instruments, an electronic instruments company by Tame Impala and friends that's dedicated to helping artists find what's on their mind.
His approach to strategy, business, art and life is multidisciplinary, drawing on a broad array of mental models and human truths from physics to psychology, jazz theory to game theory. He thought his talent was drawing connections between them all until someone told him it was getting incredible people in a room and getting them to believe that they could do more than they ever thought they could.
