Gui Morais

Gui Morais is an international music industry professional with over eight years of experience across Europe, the UK, and Latin America. Based in Dublin, he is the A&R and Business Development Manager for Europe & UK at Symphonic Distribution, where he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s market presence and roster since 2022.

A voting member of The Recording Academy and the Latin GRAMMYs, Gui has represented Ireland at Indie Week NYC by A2IM and worked as a producer recognized by Red Bull Music Brazil among the “50 Best Albums of the Year.” With a First Class Honours degree in Audio Production and a background in law, he combines creative expertise with strong strategic and contractual insight.

Alongside his role at Symphonic, Gui also works as a consultant, advising international clients on branding, licensing, revenue strategy, and artist development.
