In Hamburg, the city’s HVV transport network offers mainly accessible transport to the St. Pauli district, the heart of the Reeperbahn Festival. All nearby bus and train stations have guide systems for the blind, electronic information displays and raised bus stops. Buses are fitted with manual ramps for boarding, and blind passengers receive guidance via announcements made at the bus and train stops.
The St. Pauli and Feldstraße stops can be reached via Metro bus line 17 and the Davidstraße stop via the express bus line 37. The surrounding accessible underground stations (U-Bahn) for the festival are: Feldstraße (line U3) and St. Pauli (line U3). The Reeperbahn station (lines S1 and S3) does not have a lift, but is easily accessible for people who are not mobility impaired. If you have technical problems with lifts or need information about how they work, please call the HVV hotline on 040 19449. Visitors with disabilities can find additional information on accessible travel in Hamburg in the HVV flyer titled "Barrierefrei Unterwegs".
