Ask anyone living in the UK what their favourite gigs were recently and you’re 99% certain to hear The Sherlocks name crop up. Over the past ten years, the quartet from Sheffield have become a firm favourite in the revival of quintessentially British indie rock. From their debut “Live For The Moment” (2017) to the catchy concept album “World I Understand” (2022), spanning anthems like “Death Of Me” to garage rock bangers like “Bones” (2024), this combo have got the ins and outs of superbly crafted guitar music down to a tee. And not just in the studio: the band’s live shows are regular sell-outs, whether they’re playing small clubs or large venues.
