Neurodivergent im Musikbusiness
Fluch oder Segen?
Festivals and conferences are often places of sensory overload. For neurodivergent people in particular, this can make exchange and networking more difficult. This session offers a Safer Space for anyone with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette’s, synaesthesia, or high sensitivity. Inspired by the World Café format, participants will discuss neurodivergence and creativity, as well as the question: “The music industry – a good place for neurodivergent people?” We want to share experiences and tips, and support each other for the days ahead at the Reeperbahn Festival.
An official diagnosis is not required to take part.
The session will take place in a sensory-friendly environment. You’re welcome to arrive earlier to get oriented, and during the session you’re free to move around and use stimming tools. There are different seating options available. We will follow a structured process to guide our conversation, so that you can connect with others without the need for small talk.
