Pauline Cremer | Kunst­au­to­mat

In this Kunstautomat (Art Vending Machine), unique limited-edition prints are waiting for you to pick them out and take them home as a little souvenir of Reeperbahn Festival. The creator of these colourful souvenirs is Pauline Cremer. The illustrator and graphic designer works in Amsterdam and Berlin. She studied communication design in Potsdam and Jerusalem, specialising in illustration. In her work, she tackles a wide variety of themes in a humorous way, featuring funny and quirky characters. In addition to digital illustrations, she also experiments with various printing techniques, such as linocut, screen printing, and paper cut-outs. Her work has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers – from the taz to the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Cremer has a soft spot for dogs (even though she doesn’t have one of her own yet), enjoys eating chocolate, and loves it when it rains.
