Q&A: Gender & Ageism

Who gets to be visible, who gets heard, and who gets to stay in the music business for the long run? As part of the festival theme “Forever Legit?”, collective spotlight e.V. invites you to an open exchange on gender and ageism.

The discussion will focus on intersectional mechanisms through which age, gender and other power structures shape access, visibility and career paths within the music industry – and on the question of how genuine participation across generations can be achieved.
