WITH WHICH TICKET CAN I GO TO A CONCERT AT THE ELBPHILHARMONIE?

All holders of 4-day tickets, 3-day tickets, 2-dayvtickets and 1-day tickets for Friday or Saturday, as well as holders of a conference ticket, can ensure a place in the Elbphilharmonie. However, this requires timely and successful registration via the reservation system and, in the case of conference visitors, successful personalisation of the conference ticket.

Please note: the reservation is binding and cannot be canceled, made up or changed!

Can I attend several concerts at the Elbphilharmonie?

No, unfortunately only one concert in the Elbphilharmonie can be selected per 4-day ticket, 3-day ticket, 2-day ticket or 1-day ticket.

ARE TICKETS FOR CONCERTS AT THE ELBPHILHARMONIE AVAILABLE TO BUY THERE?

We will inform you via push messages in the festival app about leftover tickets for wristband holders on the relevant day of the festival. Seat tickets can be collected at the ticket desk on the Heiligengeistfeld up to one hour before the concert in the Elbphilharmonie.

The Elbphilharmonie itself probably won’t operate a ticket desk for concerts taking place there.

Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged for seat tickets at the Elbphilharmonie.

HOW WILL SEATS BE ALLOCATED FOR CONCERTS AT THE ELBPHILHARMONIE?

Unlike before, from 2023 onwards there will be a free choice of seats for the concerts during Reeperbahn Festival at the Elbphilharmonie. You will have to exchange your digital voucher, which you received in advance by email, for a hard-ticket for the Elbphilharmonie at the ticket desk at Heiligengeistfeld and pick up your festival wristband. This does not include a seat assignment, so you can choose your seat directly in the Elbphilharmonie when you enter the Great Hall. So it pays to be early for good seats.

Please note: Without the hard-ticket and valid Reeperbahn Festival Wristband, no admission to the concerts in the Elbphilharmonie can be granted.

CAN I LEAVE THE CONCERT HALL DURING THE CONCERT?

You may leave the hall during the concert, but we ask you to be careful and to use the applause breaks to avoid disturbing the artists on stage and other visitors. The acoustics in the hall are very sensitive and we want all visitors and artists to enjoy an unforgettable concert experience. Please also be aware that we cannot guarantee you re-entry into the hall during the event.
