Tickets

What types of tickets are available?

Festival Tickets for the public programme are available as 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-day tickets. These allow access to all concerts, shows and parties as well as to numerous programme items in the Art, Film, Word and Next Gen sections.

Tickets for trade visitors are available in the ticket categorie: Conference tickets.  

The conference ticket includes the participation in all programme points of the Reeperbahn Festival: Sessions, Networkings, Awards, Concerts, Showcases, Arts, Film, Word, Next Gen and the access to the Reeperbahn Festival Lounge with Delegates Bar.

The conference ticket is only valid in connection with a successful personalisation. Personalisation can be done after clicking on "Show Tickets" in the confirmation email you received after your ticket purchase.

Where can I buy Tickets?

You can buy tickets in our online ticketshop. (subject to availability) 

You can also buy a ticket during the festival at our ticket desk at the Festival Village/ Heiligengeistfeld. (subject to availability)

Tickets for professional visitors are available in the online shop before and during the festival (subject to availability). 

Are there still Tickets available for 2023?

You can see which ticket categories are still available in our ticket shop. 

Are there Tickets for selected single events?

Tickets for single concerts or single programme items are not available. You can however purchase tickets for individual film screenings at the 3001 Kino.

ARE THERE ANY PROGRAMME EVENTS THAT I CAN ATTEND WITHOUT A REEPERBAHN FESTIVAL TICKET?

This year’s short film and series programme at the 3001 Kino can be visited without a festival ticket. At Spielbudenplatz, the programme at the Spielbude and NJOY Reeperbus is free. The Festival Village is hosting a variety of exciting programmes on the Arts Playground, the Flastock Poster Convention, with concerts on the fritzkola stage and the Roller Skate Jam, including roller skate hire. On Saturday, especially for teenagers and young adults, there will be the free programme item: "10 reasons why | 10 reasons why you should work in the music industry" as part of our Next Gen Programme.

Is my ticket valid for busses and trains?

Tickets and wristbands entitle the holders to travel to the venue and back on the day/days of their validity entire HVV (Hamburg public transport) area, return ticket incl. express bus, valid till end of operating hours on the day of validity).

DO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR TRAVEL COMPANIONS GET DISCOUNTED TICKETS?

Holders of a pass for people with a severe disability with the symbol B can bring an accompanying person free of charge. For this we ask for a mail with corresponding proof to tickets-festival@reeperbahnfestival.com. More information can be found here.

ARE THERE REDUCED TICKETS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH?

There is no discount for children and youths.   

For students there is the possibility to get a conference ticket at a reduced price. You can find all the information here.   

DO I HAVE TO SHOW MY TICKET IN PRINTED FORM?

If you have your festival or conference ticket as a PDF file, you can also show it as a mobile ticket on your mobile phone. It is therefore not necessary to print out your ticket.  

DO I HAVE TO PERSONALISE MY TICKET FOR REEPERBAHN FESTIVAL?

The Reeperbahn Festival ticket does not need to be personalised. Personalisation is onl< required for conference ticket holders. The personalisation of the conference tickets can be done after clicking on "show tickets" in the confirmation email you received after your ticket purchase.

DO I HAVE TO EXPECT WAITING TIMES AT THE TICKET DESK?

Please allow enough time for your visit to the ticket desk so that you can start the festival in a relaxed manner. We will inform you regularly about current waiting times via the festival app.

Does my ticket ensure access to all stages and concerts?

Sorry, unfortunately not. If the capacity of a venue is exceeded, access cannot be permitted. Access to that location is only granted, when guests leave the venue and make room for further guests.
