TICKET & ELBPHILHARMONIE
Where do I exchange my ticket for a wristband?
The Ticket Desk is located in front of the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld, close to St. Pauli underground station. Here you can exchange your purchased ticket for a wristband, which you need to enter all locations and venues. We will put the wristband on you personally. You cannot take a wristband on behalf of anyone else. Again, please allow sufficient time for exchanging tickets as you may have to wait and note that you will only be allowed access to the Ticket Desk if you have the 3G wristband.
Opening hours of Ticket Desk Wednesday to Saturday: 9am - 10pm
Are my 2020 tickets valid?
Your tickets and any vouchers for the Elbphilharmonie from 2020 are not valid. If you transferred your ticket from 2020 to the 2021 festival year, you will have received new tickets by e-mail in August 2020. Only these new tickets are valid. You can exchange these tickets for a wristband as of the first day of the festival.
If you have any questions about the 2021 festival tickets, our ticket service will help you at tickets@kj.de or by phone on: 040 4132260 (Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm).
What applies to my reservation at the Elbphilharmonie?
If you transferred your ticket from 2020 to 2021, the reservation in the Elbphilharmonie will also have been transferred. The MINE and Anna Calvi concerts in the Elbphilharmonie have unfortunately had to be cancelled. If you have a reservation for one of these two concerts in the Elbphilharmonie, we will have sent you a personalised link so that you could select a new event. Where can I buy a ticket?
At the moment you can still buy a ticket for the Wednesday of the festival online from our Ticket shop (subject to availability). There is no box office at the festival this year.
ADMISSION TO VENUES
What do I need to enter the venues?
#1 Check in / Check out via QR code at the venues:
For contact tracing in the event of Covid-19 infections and for details of capacities in the venues, you log in via a QR code when entering the venues and log out when leaving. Please download the PartyMate app in advance and enter your contact details before you arrive at the 3G counter. This will save you time at the festival and allow you to attend events straight away. You only have to enter your data once, and then scan a QR code before you enter each venue and log out again when you leave.
#2 Festival Wristband
The wristband is your entry ticket to all venues.
#3 3G wristband
For admission, you will also need the 3G wristband detailed above, which you will receive after you have been checked at the 3G counter. Please note that vaccinated and recovered attendees will be given a wristband that is valid for all days of the festival, whereas people with negative tests will have to collect a new wristband at the 3G counter every day.
AT FESTIVAL LOCATIONS
What do I have to remember to do at the festival?
#1 Keep to distancing rules
→ If possible, try to keep sufficient distance between you and others (1.50 m).
→ Travel in a group of max. 10 people.
→ Take note of markings and follow staff instructions at the venues, especially with regard to seating and standing positions.
#2 Wear a mask
→ Face coverings are compulsory inside all venues. We ask you to wear an FFP2 mask as this provides the highest level of protection. Wear the mask indoor at all times, apart from when you have a sip of your drink. Outdoors you can remove your mask in the marked seating and standing areas.
#3 Stay cool, sit or stand in your positions
→ Seating and standing arrangements at the venues will be decided on an individual basis and will range from “chessboard” seating layouts to standing in groups of 10. These groups can be from any number of households. Capacity limits mean we cannot place you individually or in smaller groups.
→ Admission for all locations starts 45 minutes before the show. If people leave a fully booked concert, late entry is possible for others on a one-for-one basis. The attendance capacities of the locations range from 30-60% in accordance with the 3G rules.
→ The more complex admission situation and the disinfection and ventilation periods that have to be complied with mean that we cannot hold as many programme events per venue as we usually do. However, you can look forward to around two to three programme events per evening.
#4 Bag wardrobe
→ You can bring bags and backpacks up to a size of 210 x 297 mm (equivalent to DIN A4 size). As in previous years, there will be a central bag wardrobe in the Festival Village on the Heiligengeistfeld. This allows you to leave bags for a fee of €2-3 / day.
→ For logistical purposes, there is no wardrobe at the venues, so it would be easier to attend without bags or with just small ones.
Opening hours Bag wardrobe Wednesday-Friday: 1pm to 12.30am the following day Saturday: 1pm to 12.30am the following day
For more details on the measures we are taking as part of implementing the German 3G rules, see here. Our support team will gladly answer your questions at the Info Desk and at the venues.

You can get help for all your questions about the Reeperbahn Festival at the Info Desks in the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld and on Spielbudenplatz. We also recommend you to use our mobile app this year (for iOS and Android). Opening hours Info Desk Spielbudenplatz Wednesday-Friday: 3pm-10pm Saturday: 2pm-10pm
What’s on and when?
On our website you will find a list display of the programme events in chronological order, with various filtering options. In the mobile app (for iOS and Android) you can create your own personal festival schedule.
Where are the locations and how do I get there?
Our mobile app and the map on the website will guide you through maze of clubs, theatres, cinemas and other venues! The venues open about 45 minutes before each programme event. Get to venues as early as possible so that you can switch to another programme event if no more admissions are allowed due to the capacity limit being reached. To keep waiting times as short as possible, there is also a regulation on bringing bags (see above).
REEPERBAHN FESTIVAL STREAMING PLATFORM
Where can I view programme events if I don’t have a ticket or am not attending on all days?
This year again our streaming platform offers a wide range of live streams and video-on-demand content. This way we want to make it possible for everyone who can’t attend the festival or can only attend on individual days to catch as much of the action from the Reeperbahn Festival free of charge. Our line-up includes not just the performance by Sting at the Reeperbahn Festival Opening, but loads of other great concerts like the world premières of the Crucchi live from the Hauptkirche St. Michaelis and of RY X featuring Kaiser Quartett and the Berlin Singers Collective from the Elbphilharmonie, plus other programme highlights like the ANCHOR Award Show from the St. Pauli Theater.
With our lives operating in the shadow of the pandemic, some things are more important than ever: We are looking forward to a festival held in the spirit of togetherness – racism, sexism, homophobia and exclusion have no place at our event.
See you next week! Your Reeperbahn Festival Team |
