Spotlight on: Hip-Hop Culture

Hip-hop is more than just music. That's why we're excited to present our Spotlight On: Hip-Hop Culture.

This is where artists, creators, managers, labels, brands, and other key players from the scene come together to share knowledge, discuss current topics, and create new perspectives. Through talks, workshops, community events, showcases, and networking formats, we are creating a space for everyone who wants to do more than just experience hip-hop, but actively help shape the culture.

Among the first highlights are the Reeperbahn Rap Quiz, the panel discussion "Zu laut, zu emotional, zu unbequem?! - Wenn weibliche Wut instrumentalisiert wird", the newcomer talk "Sign Yourself", and the masterclass "No More Gatekeeping: The Masterclass for Tomorrow's Managers". The program is complemented by the Origami Breakfast Club, which brings together community, networking, and showcase experiences.

Hosts include Steph, Aylin Kazi, and Simon Tellz. Additional perspectives from across the hip-hop and music industries will be provided by speakers and participants, including Matilda Jelitto, Katanna, Ali Burc, Pietro Damiani, and Giulia Ladu.

For anyone looking to dive deeper into the scene, the Spotlight On: Hip-Hop Culture Ticket powered by O₂ is now available. It gives you access to all hip-hop offerings associated with the Spotlight, including selected showcases, sessions, networking events, and exclusive special events.
