Alma Ernst

Alma Ernst has worked across record stores, media, artist management and booking during more than three decades in electronic music. She began independently organising concerts and touring with punk and hardcore bands in the late 1980s before becoming part of Frankfurt’s record store and club scene in the early 1990s.

In 1994, she founded Infect Entertainment, later renamed Backroom Entertainment, and worked with Groove Magazine organising club tours. Over the years, she has worked with artists including Daft Punk, Moodymann, Cajmere, Adam Beyer, Ian Pooley, Âme, Metro Area, Todd Terje and KiNK.

Today, Alma is a Senior Agent at LittleBig Agency and founder of quietloud, an education and consulting platform through which she mentors emerging booking agents and supports artists in building sustainable, long-term careers in music.
