
Amanda Molter
As General Counsel of Concord, Amanda Molter serves as a key member of the company’s executive leadership team, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and business affairs across its global operations. She leads Concord’s legal strategy on corporate transactions and governance, including major financings, acquisitions, catalog investments, and organizational growth initiatives.
Since joining Concord, Ms. Molter has played a pivotal role in the company’s most transformative deals, leading the legal execution of high-profile transactions such as: acquisition of publishing and/or recording rights of Imagine Dragons, Phil Collins and Genesis, and Daddy Yankee; acquisition of the owned catalog of Downtown Music Publishing; acquisition and take-private of the publicly listed Round Hill Music Royalty Fund; company acquisitions including the Australian music publisher Native Tongue, music distribution platform Stem, theatrical licensing company Broadway Licensing Global, and legendary film studio RKO. Ms. Molter also played a leadership role in executing each of Concord’s asset-backed securitizations, including the recent $1.765 billion ABS, the largest in the music industry to date.
Prior to joining Concord in 2020, Ms. Molter was Director and Assistant General Counsel at Barings LLC, advising Barings' Alternative Investments Group on a wide range of private equity matters. Ms. Molter began her career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she focused on private equity fund formation and joint ventures. Ms. Molter earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
