Deborah Liebzeit
Deborah Liebzeit is a marketing strategist and brand consultant based in Hamburg, with over 16 years' experience in holistic multichannel marketing. Her approach is consistently values-based, in a twofold sense: guided by clear KPIs and metrics as much as by long-term positioning. She advises brands across FMCG, tech and music, and works with agencies such as Viral Nation, 247Laundryservice and MediaPlan on international campaigns. Alongside this, she teaches marketing, among other subjects, at IU Hamburg and other institutions.
She has a particularly close connection to the music industry: she led the social strategy for Amazon Music in the DACH region, developed events and marketing strategies for Elbcircle and AllHandsOnDeck, and is part of the curatorial team of the Reeperbahn Festival Conference. For over 20 years, she has been engaged with brands and artists from South Africa, and with how cultural bridges can be built from there to Europe. Through her collective Collabeez, she brings together brand and cultural work, maintaining close relationships with the artists on the ground. As part of the Keychange network, she also advocates for greater diversity and gender equality in the music industry.
