Dominique Franken is an experienced neighbouring rights professional at Sena, with more than 13 years across international relationship management, distribution, data and member services. He has led teams and major operational projects, including the implementation of fingerprinting technology and VRDB2, supporting collaboration between neighbouring rights organisations internationally. Dominique currently focuses on Sena’s international relationships, bringing a strong combination of rights expertise, technical understanding and customer-focused service.
