Hans Ascrawat

Hans Ascrawat is co-founder and Chief Business Officer of AndR, a Ghent-based startup building the intelligence and decision layer for artist teams. AndR unifies streaming, social, fan and live data to help managers, agents and labels understand what is actually driving an artist's growth and what to do next. Before AndR, Hans spent over 20 years as an artist manager and tour manager, co-founding OneCall (artist management) and LobbyCall (international tour and production management) under one roof. He also founded The Pack, a tour finance platform later folded into AndR. He works on sales, strategy, partnerships and marketing.
