Ian Broucek

Ian is a skilled music supervisor with experience across feature films, documentaries, and television. He began his career at Relativity Media where he served as Director of Music & Soundtracks, overseeing the musical process from script to screen, and managing the development and
distribution of scores and soundtracks. He then went on to build a successful freelance career handling music supervision and clearances.
While freelance, Ian was able to expand into new markets and work with both legacy and emerging streaming platforms. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leading filmmakers and musicians to help tell resonant stories. Now at Neophonic, Ian combines the best of both his
independent and studio backgrounds, for a full-service experience for his clients.

Prior to his career as a music supervisor, Ian worked for top independent record labels including !K7 Records, Modular Recordings, and DFA Records.
He also has experience in event production and promotion, including three tours with LCD Soundsystem. He holds a degree in Music Business from the Steinhardt School at New York University.
