Inka Klein

Inka Klein is part of the production team and project manager at the Hamburg-based agency Kopf & Steine GmbH. She is responsible for key areas at festivals such as MS Dockville, Habitat, Spektrum, and Vogelball, as well as at external events. From crew and artist hospitality to the overall organization of large festival structures. She manages all check-ins, oversees the FestivalPro festival system, and acts as an interface between external partners and internal infrastructure needs.
Her motivation: to create spaces where people come together, diversity becomes visible, and culture remains tangible.

In addition to her work behind the scenes, Inka also takes to the stage herself: At Meet Hamburg, she moderated the panel discussions “Inclusion & Diversity” and “Post-Pandemic Era,” bringing industry voices into conversation on key questions about the future. With a background ranging from international festival management to creative roots in the fashion and beauty world, she combines organizational talent with a keen sense for people, atmosphere, and sustainable processes.
