Jens Ponke is a board member of Cologne's Klubkomm e.V. and represents the association on the Popboard NRW. In 2026, he co-initiated the Club Euro Köln, a solidarity-based and transparent contribution model that has been collected as a €1 solidarity fee per ticket at concerts in 33 Cologne clubs and live music venues since April 2026. Through "die wohngemeinschaft," he also runs one of Cologne's smallest live music venues.
