Julia Gause

Julia Gause (she/her) has been involved in the festival and live entertainment industry—both as a volunteer and in a full-time capacity—for nearly 10 years.
Since 2017, she has been part of the volunteer-run Fuchsbau Festival in Hanover, and since 2023, she has been working at Höme, a company that provides ticketing and a platform for festivals, conferences, and venues while also advocating for greater fairness and sustainability in the industry. From 2024 to 2026, she served on the jury of the Festival Funding Fund. In addition, she is a board member of Klubnetz, the association of concert industry professionals in Lower Saxony, and co-founded the gender-critical platform collective spotlight with other festival professionals in late 2023. Her passion lies in (ecological) sustainability, organizational development, and equal opportunity.
