Kevin Reynolds

I'm a music industry professional and entrepreneur whose career began as a session musician and evolved into artist management, international collaboration, and music technology ventures.

Over the years, I have secured deals with Peer Music, Sony Music, Warner Music, EMI, BMG, and many others. I spent five years as VP Brands & International Sales at the world-renowned Metropolis Studios, five years as a Brand Specialist within Artist Marketing & Live Support at Sony Music UK, and held senior brand consultancy roles including with the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM).

After years working across the UK music scene and co-founding KRMB Management, I built a strong foundation in artist development, rights management, and cross-border music partnerships. Over the past year, my focus has shifted toward building new bridges between the creative and technology sectors while expanding into the Nordic market.

Now based in Finland, I am Co-Founder of Nordic Bridge Music, a company connecting artists, rights holders, and industry partners across territories. Alongside this, I co-founded Techskai, where we launched Syncskai — a sync-licensing platform designed to streamline music discovery and licensing for media, brands, and creators worldwide.

Working in partnership with my co-founder, Tommi Kalenius, our mission is to create sustainable pathways for artists and rights owners by combining industry experience with forward-thinking digital solutions.

My journey reflects a blend of creative roots, management expertise, and entrepreneurial drive — focused on building international networks and modern tools that empower the global music community.
