Kira Taige

Kira Taige is the Managing Director of Feel Festival, where she began her career eleven years ago as an intern and has since played a key role in shaping the festival’s political and creative direction. She also brings extensive experience from working with festivals such as Bucht der Träumer*, Whole, MELT, Artlake, Lollapalooza, splash! and Full Force. Alongside her work as a festival organiser, she is active as a DJ, moderator and speaker, with a particular focus on sustainable event development, cultural funding and the social responsibility of festivals. As a board member of ImPuls Brandenburg, she is also committed to strengthening collaboration across the festival sector, improving the framework conditions for festivals and representing their shared interests towards politics and public administration. Her work combines hands-on festival experience with a perspective on the structural challenges and diverse realities shaping the festival industry today.
