Maurice Kalous

Maurice “Mo” Kalous is a Senior Manager of Member & Industry Outreach at the Recording Academy, leading domestic and international engagement across the Alternative, Rock, Metal, Children's Music, and Spoken Word communities. He also oversees regional outreach for the Academy’s Chicago, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. Chapters. Prior to his current role, Mo held field marketing and radio promotion positions at Interscope Geffen A&M Records, working across Alternative, Rock, Pop, Hot AC, and AAA formats.
