Meike Nolte

Meike Nolte is a music industry executive and consultant with more than 20 years of experience spanning electronic music, digital distribution, streaming, artist and label relations, business development, marketing and strategic partnerships.

She currently works independently with artists, labels and music technology companies, helping them develop partnerships, identify growth opportunities and navigate the evolving music and technology landscape.

Previously, Meike held senior roles at Circulate, Believe, Beatport and TIDAL. At Believe, she was responsible for global business development for its electronic music division, developing international signing strategies and identifying new label and artist partnerships. During seven years at Beatport, most recently as Director of Global Artist Services, she served as the primary point of contact for artists and their teams globally and worked with many of the biggest names in electronic music. Earlier, as Country Manager Germany at TIDAL/WiMP, she helped build and lead the German operation and drive the platform’s growth in the market.

Meike began her career in Berlin’s electronic music scene, working with labels including Sender Records, Minus/Plus 8 and BPitch Control and with influential artists including Richie Hawtin, Paul Kalkbrenner, Moderat and Modeselektor.

An active contributor to the wider music community, Meike regularly participates in international industry events as a speaker, moderator, mentor and jury member, including initiatives such as Keychange and MEWEM.
