Mia Heresch is a moderator, journalist and curator. For many years, she has accompanied conferences, festival formats and discussion panels at the interface of music, society and change - with a special focus on impact & purpose topics.

As the initiator of the music is her passion society e.V., she is actively committed to equality in the music industry. She is also part of KulturKonvoi, an initiative launched by Sportfreunde Stiller to strengthen peace, solidarity and freedom.

With her experience from the media and music industry and her calm, clear way of conducting dialogue, Mia creates spaces for exchange, new perspectives and genuine connections.
