Mia Heresch

Mia Heresch is a moderator, director and journalist working at the intersection of pop culture and social responsibility. With many years of expertise in the music and media industries, she now takes the stage at some of the biggest festivals and conferences, creating spaces for conversations that entertain, inspire and spark meaningful discourse.

Before becoming known as a moderator, she worked as a director for more than ten years, developing and producing music and cultural formats with artists such as Die Fantastischen Vier and Helene Fischer. She continues to work as a director today, combining this experience with journalistic depth, a deep passion for music and a remarkable ability to make people feel comfortable on stage while creating conversations with genuine substance and value, both in her live work and in her films.

Social responsibility is also a central part of her work. As the initiator and board member of music is her passion society e.V., she advocates for gender equality and greater diversity in the music industry. She is also part of KulturKonvoi and PRÜF Berlin, where she contributes to initiatives promoting democracy, freedom and social cohesion.
