Nuria Castañer

Trained as a lawyer, Nuria Castañer began focusing entirely on her passion – music – over 10 years ago. She then founded “LaRubiaProducciones”, a DIY record label, which has released over 40 titles to date (Anyx, Bones of Minerva, Maud the Moth, Veracrvz, Cruzeiro, Sangre de Muérdago…). She goes wherever she’s called upon to lend a hand: advising on record contracts, intellectual property, booking, sync, treacherous algorithms…, all under the umbrella of Rubihaus, her management & booking agency, actually a collective. She is also a lecturer at the Microfusa School of Music Production. She just became the Manager of FORMA, the brand-new Spanish association of music managers and an EMMA's member. In a fluid, individual and ephemeral world, her project has ‘digievolved’ into a community dedicated to nurturing and amplifying solid, diverse projects of high cultural value that move, connect, unsettle and captivate…
