Olivier Sasserath is a Partner at MVVP (Belgium), specialising in Belgian and European entertainment law and media law since 2001. He advises and represents clients before the courts in the music, film, and media industries, with extensive experience in copyright litigation, co-production agreements, and unfair competition claims. He has notably represented major collecting societies in competition law proceedings, both in internal proceedings and before the EU Courts, and producers in complex disputes.
